Derek Wilcox, owner of Linkside Grill, is a lifelong resident of the town Erin where he resides with his family. His current ventures that deliver award winning customer service include: Cruise-A-Palooza, a premier limousine company in Southeastern WI, and Erin Inn – Irish Pub, a beloved establishment just south of Hartford in the heart of Erin.
